Minor, kind request: Rename 'sshd' to 'cygsshd' in the docs

Dear Cygwin Developers,

thanks a lot for the great work! Cygwin is really nice and helpful!

I have found a very minor thing in the docs that could be corrected:
The docs mention in some pages the service 'sshd', and there are some
copy-paste-snippets that use that name. I think the service may have
been recently renamed to 'cygsshd'? I recall that the examples worked
for me some years ago, but now they require this minor adjustment.
