Implementing mkfifo, mknod support with NFS_SPECFILE_FIFO and NFS_SPECFILE_SOCK?

Could Cygwin please implement mkfifo(),mknod() with NFS_SPECFILE_FIFO
and NFS_SPECFILE_SOCK, specified in
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/openspecs/windows_protocols/ms-fscc/ff4df658-7f27-476a-8025-4074c0121eec

That would yield real fifo, sock and character devices on Microsoft
NFS file systems, instead of the current placeholder implementation,
and help with interoperability.
