Please configure GCC with --enable-checking=release to disable very slow extra compiler diagnostic checks

Read the gcc documentation:

When the option is not specified, the active set of checks depends on
context. Namely, bootstrap stage 1 defaults to ‘--enable-checking=yes’,
builds from release branches or release archives default to
‘--enable-checking=release’, and otherwise ‘--enable-checking=yes,extra’
is used. When the option is specified without a list, the result is the
same as ‘--enable-checking=yes’. Likewise, ‘--disable-checking’ is
equivalent to ‘--enable-checking=no’.

The gcc-13.4 was built from a release branch obviously.
