Cygwin package vim breaks the command 'view'

I missed something,
According to
https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/17039 :
>  Looks like problem was introduced in 9.1.1054-1

I downgraded vim to check:
  $ cygcheck -c | grep vim
  vim                  9.0.2155-2                   OK
  vim-common           9.1.1054-1                   Incomplete
  vim-doc              9.1.1054-1                   OK
  vim-minimal          9.1.1054-1                   OK

The command 'view' now works OK.

I don't see what is different or how it works.
There are no aliases in /etc/profile.d/vim.sh.
"view" is still tiny vim.

So:
- the problem was introduced in vim 9.1.1054-1
- The previous version appears to use another method than my proposed aliases.
