mv error building LilyPond tests, maybe MAX_PATH related

Hi Marco,

Thanks for checking into this. In your tests, were you performing an
in-place folder rename or just general moves? My theory is that the issue
only occurs with in-place renames.

(Apologies to the list if this creates a new thread. It looks like I was
left off of the reply addresses, so I needed to send a fresh email.)
