Errors installing make and ninja

> I wanted to installed make and/or ninja on Windows 11, but it is failing with the following error:

1. Disable antivirus.
2. Try a different mirror.

> I downloaded the latest setup package today.

> $  md5sum.exe setup-x86_64.exe
> 673a4601b130923753f30ed36bf4d5b6 *setup-x86_64.exe

> cworlto@AUTOqQT2wr8zYPJ MINGW64 ~/Downloads
> $ ls -l setup-x86_64.exe
> -rwxr-xr-x 1 cworlto 1049089 1574328 Apr 29 15:17 setup-x86_64.exe*

> When searching for a resolution, the posts suggest that this file might be
> for a 32-bit installation of Cygwin.  My installation should be a 64-bin installation.
