There seems to be an incompatibility between current versions of 
python-sphinx and python-docutils after this update.

 > $ touch conf.py
 > $ sphinx-build -b html . output
 > Running Sphinx v4.4.0
 >
 > Extension error:
 > Could not import extension sphinx.builders.latex (exception: No 
module named 'roman')

The relevant upstream issue seems to be:
