Qt-5.15.18 doesn't work, cannot open file dialog.

Hello,
I have seen that some parts of the Qt5 libraries for Cygwin have been
upgraded to version 5.15.18 and it is marked as "Test" version.
Unfortunately, something doesn't work.
Applications brutally hangs when you try to open the dialog box for
selecting a file.
I have tested it with Audacious and LMMS.
I had no problems to load a file with previous version 5.9.4.

I hope that you could have an idea about the cause of this bug and the
maintainer could fix it.
