[BUG] ImageMagick 7.1.2.30-1 silent crash due to libautotrace3 ABI mismatch (cygMagickCore v9 vs v10)

*Packages Involved:*

   ImageMagick / libMagickCore7_10 (7.1.2.30-1)

   libautotrace3 (0.31.10-2)

*Problem Description:* Upgrading ImageMagick to 7.1.2.30-1 causes magick.exe to
exit silently with a non-zero exit code or crash on startup if libautotrace3 is
installed on the system.

*Root Cause:*

   -

   ImageMagick 7.1.2.30-1 relies on libMagickCore7_10 (
   cygMagickCore-7.Q16HDRI-10.dll).
   -

   libautotrace3 has a dynamic dependency on cygautotrace-3.dll, which was
   compiled against the older cygMagickCore-7.Q16HDRI-9.dll (from
   ImageMagick 7.1.2.3-1 / libMagickCore7_9).
   -

   When magick executes, the Windows loader attempts to pull in both
   version 9 and version 10 of cygMagickCore into the same process space,
   causing an immediate DLL loader collision/crash.

*Steps to Reproduce:*

   1.

   Install ImageMagick 7.1.2.30-1 and libautotrace3.
   2.

   Run magick -version.
   3.

   Execution fails silently. Running cygcheck /usr/bin/magick reveals
   competing cygMagickCore DLL references.

*Workaround:* Downgrading ImageMagick, libMagickCore7_10, and
libMagickWand7_10 to 7.1.2.3-1 resolves the issue by forcing all binaries
to use cygMagickCore v9.

*Suggested Fix:* Recompile and release autotrace / libautotrace3 against
libMagickCore7_10 (v10 ABI) so all dependent packages link to the same core
library version.
