Autoconf is an extensible package of m4 macros that produce shell
scripts to automatically configure software source code packages.

This is a packaging bug update of the autoconf2.1 package, which
provides autoconf-2.13.

Changes (from autoconf2.1-2.13-2)

* harmonize .info file conflict with autoconf2.5 (and
   various other packages)
