Heads up: PE bug in ld (binutils CVS)

This is just a FYI about a rather serious bug in CVS binutils:

The 2.13 release is okay, HEAD produces broken dll's.

The 'fix' suggested by Donn Terry(removing the memset altogether) works for me.
