Core Maintainers,

lapack-3.0-1 source and binary packages are ready for uploading.  These have
been tested with trial builds of octave-2.1.71, and have been found to work
properly.  The packaging method is "method 1".  Thanks everyone for comments
helping settle the packaging issues.
