GREP maintainer: Change libpcre to libpcre0

FYI,

cygcheck grep.exe shows that grep is linked against the recent version
of pcre, not the old unversioned one.  So I changed the requirement in
grep's setup.hint file on sourceware from

  requires: ... libpcre 

to

  requires: ... libpcre0
