Drop textmode from setup?

We already have a fairly detailed entry which is what the URL in the
related setup.exe dialog points to.  If you want to add words, go ahead.

Cool.  Are you going to replace setup.exe on sourceware's release tree
and send an announcement to cygwin-announce?
