You really don't need an underscore here; this should be
libGraphicsMagick3.  You only need the underscore if the library name
itself ends with a number (such as libhdf5_0, libbz2_1, etc.).

Also, there are Perl bindings (perl-Graphics-Magick).  Could you please
add those as well?
