termcap package updated on sourceware

You might want to check the spelling of "sourceware" in your sig.

The termcap package has been updated in cygwin/latest/termcap. The new package is termcap-1.tar.gz. The only difference is that this file now actually includes the etc/termcap file. The termcap file has been updated to properly recognize the keypad 5 key, although the net release of cygwin does not yet generate a code for this key.
