AW: termcap package updated on sourceware

Unfortunately an error seems to have made its way in the new version of
termcap-1.tar.gz; 
the libraries are not in /usr/i686-pc-cygwin but in /i686-pc-cygwin

Netsetup should still work fine because the old version also is in the directory
so new users should get the old version installed in the right place
