[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: inetutils-1.3.2-7

I've updated the version of inetutils in cygwin/latest to 1.3.2-7.

This version patches the annoying inability that one can't reconnect
to rshd within 10 minutes after the latest connection.
Thanks to Jason Gouger <jason_gouger@mentorg.com> for that patch.

Some people complained that the inetutils installation overwrites the
already existing configuration files in /etc.

>From this -7 version on, inetutils-1.3.2 doesn't contain the /etc
files anymore. Instead I have added a new shell script

	/usr/bin/iu-config

which creates the configuration files when started. Note that it's
save to start that script anyway. It asks before overriding existing
files.

When updating inetutils, take care that inetd.exe and subsequent
processes don't run anymore.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin web page. This downloads setup.exe
to your system.

Run setup and answer all of the questions. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE
choose a mirror site for your download. The 'sources.redhat.com' site
is badly overloaded. The mirrors below have the latest version of
this package:

ftp://sunsite.ms.mff.cuni.cz/MIRRORS/sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/cygwin/
(Chech Republic)
ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin/mirrors/cygnus
(Germany)
ftp://ftp.u-aizu.ac.jp/pub/gnu/gnu-win32/ (Japan)

Note that if this is the first time that you've run the new GUI version
of setup, it will currently download the whole cygwin net release again.
After this point it will only download what is needed.

If you have questions or comments, please send them to the Cygwin
mailing list at: cygwin@sources.redhat.com . I would appreciate
if you would use this mailing list rather than emailing me directly.
This includes ideas and comments about the setup utility or Cygwin
in general.

If you want to make a point or ask a question the Cygwin mailing list is
the appropriate place.
