problem with CygWin install on Win ME system using setup 2.78.2.3 - not any more, thanks!

Thanks to all who replied to my plea for help, and mentioned that I needed
that setup.ini file.  Fortunately, it was on the CD I'd made, so I copied it
to my C:\Temp\cygwin directory and restarted setup.exe.  Voila!
