new book

[Prof. Dr. M. Lutz]

We`re writing a new C++-book (in german), which includes a CD with
C/C++-Tools, a small C++-Tutorial and C++-Examples.
Please can you tell us, whether it is allowed to copy the the cygwin tools
onto the CD and the licensing terms.
