diffutils-1.8.4

Chris,

I assume you are the diffutils maintainer, so I guess this request is for
you.  Since diffutils-1.8.1 is a beta release, I thought you might know
that a newer diffutils, v1.8.4, is available on alpha.gnu.org.  There have
been more then a few bug fixes since v1.8.1 was released.  Anyhow, I know
you are busy and you might not have noticed, so I thought I'd give you a
heads up.
