[BUG] libgetopt++ (CVS HEAD) - autotools bootstrap failiure

This morning's libgetopt++ from CVS fails bootstrap.sh

I changed the following line in Makefile.am:

AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS = dist-bzip2 subdir-objects VERSION=1.5

to:

AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS = dist-bzip2 subdir-objects
VERSION=1.5

i.e., I inserted a new newline. I know nothing about the autotools, but based on
the error message, it seemed plausible, and allowed me to build setup.exe.
