cygrunsrv.README and ipc-daemon2

I supose the command line to install the postmaster
service requires a little change when using ipc-daemon2.

The installation of the postmater service is only
successfull when using \'--dep ipc-daemon2\' instead of
\'--dep ipc-deamon\'.
