CVS server install on Cygwin with SSH Authentification on Windows XP Pro : author still the same

My CVSROOT is set to : :ext:floSalon:/opt/cvs and work correctly (i made
checkout, created modules, edit commit...)
My $CVS_RSH=plink.exe
Escuse me but i don't know where i can find my ".cvsrc"

I think my problem i else
I think, it work as i was logged on my server via SSH with always the same
user (Administrateur).
