rebase: rebaseall growing pains

I would prefer something like the following:

    find /etc/setup -name '*.lst.gz' -maxdepth 1 | xargs gzip -d -c | \
    grep -E "($Suffixes)\$" | sed -e '/cygwin1.dll$/d' -e 's/^/\//' \
    >>"$TmpFile"

because it is more efficient than the above.

I will release a new version of rebase with this fix.
