Starting cygwin processess at reduced priority?

Yes it is very nice. And so are you for helping.
BTW: It' default value -n 10 (nice factor) produces
a "belownormal" setting which is exactly what I wanted.
Presumably, -n 19 (the max) would give "idle" priority
or at max "low".
