Starting cygwin processess at reduced priority?

Thank you -- got that from man/help/info etc.

Opposite to Win32 but that's ok since it is documented.

It was driving me crazy to have to go find the
PID and use TaskManager each time I started some
low-priority CPU intensive task.

I learned 'Linux' mostly from CygWin <grin>
although I do know bits and piece from Unix
(long time ago) and TiVo.  <big grin>
