I can not delete read permisions in a file

ZD000001@up662692 ~
$ ll .netrc 
-rw-r--r--  1 ZD000001 mkpasswd 49 Jan  2 13:10 .netrc

ZD000001@up662692 ~
$ chmod 600 .netrc 

ZD000001@up662692 ~
$ id
uid=400(ZD000001) gid=401(mkpasswd)
groups=544(Administradores),545(Usuarios),547(Usuarios
avanzados),401(mkpasswd)

ZD000001@up662692 ~
$ ll .netrc 
-rw-r--r--  1 ZD000001 mkpasswd 49 Jan  2 13:10 .netrc
