ZSH completion problem

Hi,
I have just updated ZSH and now when completing paths it prints the following:

_alternative:69: command not found: _path_commands

Cygcheck thinks the package is complete:

amber2::wilx:~> zsh --version
zsh --version
zsh 4.3.9 (i686-pc-cygwin)

amber2::wilx:~> cygcheck -c zsh
cygcheck -c zsh
Cygwin Package Information
Package              Version        Status
zsh                  4.3.9-1        OK

The cygcheck -s output is attached.
