The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin net release:

*** fontconfig-2.6.0-1
*** libfontconfig1-2.6.0-1
*** libfontconfig-devel-2.6.0-1

This is an update to the latest upstream release, and has been
configured to use the new modular fonts in /usr/share/fonts.
