cygwin1.7 and qt4.3

qt4.4 directory is there. Currently can i install QT4 and qwt5 in cygwin1.7 and compile qt4.4 code. If so, let me know the instructions. Also i couldn't find qmake file in the directory.

What would be the release date for qt4 and cygwin1.7
