Announcements now only go to the cygwin-announce list

Can someone with appropriate access update https://cygwin.com/lists.html then
please? It still says " Announcements sent to cygwin-announce are automatically
sent to the Cygwin mailing list so there is no reason to subscribe to both ...".

I tried subscribing, but no confirmation email after half an hour.
