As far as anyone can tell externally << 1%.
Only a tiny percentage of those using Cygwin, and only a tiny percentage, if
any, maintainers or developers using systems like that.
Too few to support software for, except with an expensive contract to pay for
sufficient staff, hardware, and time for the effort! ;^>
