Anyone looking at the 'setup.exe' 2.510.2.1 crashing problem?

Right.  If there is no way whatsoever to use setup.exe to download files
to a directory, it's more than just a "discrepancy".  You seemed to be
chasing some other problem which is why I showed the steps to cause
a crash.
