Putting some packages up for adoption

Hi folks,

I'll look at picking up those I have dependencies on or interests in fonts and docs:

old list:

urw-base35-fonts
xmlto
xmltoman

new list:

freetype2
graphite2
harfbuzz
jansson
libpng

I'll issue ITAs if I can upgrade them without too much work, or pass on them if 
not, or someone else has a dependency or interest.

Most of the rest seem to be related to TeXlive or emacs, neither of which I use, 
except some install packages in b-r.
