Library supporting transferring files with URL syntax, using FTP, FTPS, HTTP, HTTPS, SCP, SFTP, TFTP, TELNET, DICT, and FILE, SSL certificates, HTTP POST, HTTP PUT, FTP uploading, HTTP form based upload, proxies, cookies, user+password authentication (Basic, Digest, NTLM, Negotiate...), file transfer resume, proxy tunneling and a busload of other useful tricks. Package provides Mingw MS VC RT-linked binaries, NOT Cygwin binaries, for use with the mingw64-i686-gcc cross compiler, installed in /usr/i686-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/{bin,lib,include}/.
